We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect already-commenced projects unless mutually agreed.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and service-oriented nature of our work, refunds are governed by the following principles:

• Advance payments made for project commencement are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

• Refunds may be considered where Services have not commenced, or where DotXen is unable to deliver as agreed.
• Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
• Third-party fees (payment gateways, taxes, currency conversion) may be deducted from refunds where applicable.

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of DotXen Infotech and subject to applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 DotXen's Ownership

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to DotXen Infotech and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant DotXen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

7.3 Project Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of final custom deliverables produced specifically for a client will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. DotXen retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or DotXen personnel.
• Using the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or replicating our Services without permission.
• Using the Services to send spam or unauthorized commercial communications.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• DotXen does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
• DotXen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• In no event shall DotXen's total liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to DotXen for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach these Terms or any applicable law.
• We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
• We discontinue the relevant Service.
• We detect fraud, abuse, or a security risk.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing use and, where applicable, requesting account deletion. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations accrued before termination, including payment obligations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through amicable discussion and, where appropriate, mediation.
